The SG5 has built-in connection modules including Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, NFC, and UHF modem to support a variety of application scenarios, such as urban surveying and mapping, road infrastructure construction, urban utility development, housing construction, and more.

The SG5 weighs 1.61 pounds and can run up to 24 hours as a UHF RTK Rover or up to 10.5  hours as a UHF RTK base. The UHF radio has a typical range of 3 kilometers or 1.86 miles, with up to 8 kilometers or 4.97 miles in optimal conditions.
